Part of our ‘pork chop’ collection, it’s nice to break up the plain grilled pork chops that we usually default to. Our method is double everything but the red pepper; brown the chops in a skillet and then add the marinade and let it simmer for 30 minutes (usually while the rice is cooking). Been meaning to add some sort of pineapple flavor to it, and the marinade might work for chicken as well.
